✨ Customizable Umrah Package – Key Information
Our Umrah package includes an equal number of nights in both Makkah and Madinah by default. However, you have the flexibility to customize the duration of stay in either city to suit your preference.
This is a personalized Umrah package, ideal for travelers who wish to choose their own travel dates and depart from a city of their choice. You may also opt to begin your journey in either Makkah or Madinah, depending on what’s most convenient for you.
✅ Complete travel documents and confirmations are shared in advance for your peace of mind.
🧑🦽 Wheelchair assistance is available upon request for those who may need support during the journey.
Our friendly local staff is present on-ground in both cities to guide and assist you and your family throughout your pilgrimage.
✈️ Airfare & Pricing Policy
Airfare is currently estimated at ₹40,000 per person. Any variation in ticket prices at the time of booking will be adjusted in the final package cost.
The overall package pricing is based on the exchange rate of 1 SAR = ₹22.50. Any fluctuation in currency may reflect in the final amount payable.
You are also welcome to book your own flights; we will handle the rest of your travel and accommodation arrangements.
🏨 Upgrades & Add-Ons
Guests may choose to upgrade their hotel, room category, or transport options. These upgrades are subject to availability and will incur an additional cost to be paid by the guest.
We also offer Express Umrah Visa service for urgent travel needs. Regular visa processing generally takes 2–4 working days.
📋 Important Visa & Documentation Guidelines
Applicants with non-Muslim names must submit a certificate from a mosque or Islamic center confirming their faith. An affidavit may also be accepted.
A recent passport-size color photo with a white background (soft copy only) must be submitted. The photo should clearly show a front-facing view of the face — side profiles are not accepted.
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the travel date and should have at least 4 blank pages.
For non-Indian nationals, only a soft copy of the passport is required via email or WhatsApp.
📦 Other Terms & Disclaimers
Umrah kits will be shipped anywhere in India, free of cost, once full payment has been received.
Prices quoted are not applicable during peak seasons such as Rabi-ul-Awwal (first and second week) and Ramadan. Separate pricing for these periods is available on request.
Any additional fees introduced by Saudi authorities are not included and must be borne by the pilgrims.
Relatives or friends already residing in Saudi Arabia are not permitted to join meals or stay with the group unless they pay for the services used.
Unused services are non-refundable.
Changes or special requests made before or during the trip will be reviewed and priced at the discretion of management.
